Proanthocyanidins (NutrientIndexTM)

One of the research focus areas of ALH Nutritional Research is polyphenols. Polyphenols are naturally occuring compounds found in a wide variety of fruit, vegetables and other plants. Studies show that polyphenols, including resveratrol, proanthocyanidins and flavonoids, may have several beneficial effects on health.
